DAUGAARD CALLS ON EPA TO STOP STALLING ON THE “BLEND WALL”
Lt. Governor Dennis Daugaard, the Republican nominee for governor, condemned the announcement by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that it has again delayed a decision on allowing corn-based ethanol to be blended with gasoline at rates higher than 10%.
